Returns, refunds and cancellations:
If there is a problem with your order: Please email or call 706-248-3440. We will be glad to assist you.

Returns:
For exchanges of damaged or defective products, please return the product to us along with the original packing receipt within 30 days. We will send you replacement products and will not charge you for additional shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products damaged after you receive them.

Refunds:
If you are not happy with our product for any reason, please return it along with the original packing receipt within 30 days. When we receive your package, we will send you a refund within three business days.

Canceling orders:
You may cancel an order at any time before it is processed by emailing or calling 706-248-3440. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they are shipped. In such case, see our return/refund policy above.
